The Pharaoh on the throne of Egypt was the seed of the Serpent. He would not let go of God’s people.

The Pharaoh was a hard-hearted man that wanted to keep the Hebrews under slavery at the cost of his own people (who were suffering plagues – not one, not two, ten of them – because of their king’s stubbornness).

Every time there was a plague, Moses would be summoned by him, the demand would be placed, the Pharaoh would seem to budge, Moses would pray, and the plague would end. But very soon the Pharaoh would change his mind and a command would go from him to burden the Israelites with heavier workloads.

Back to square one. All the while, God was working out His purpose through the Pharaoh, the very same individual that Satan was using as his weapon. The Lord said, “Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth” – Rom 9:17.

The Pharaoh was ready to let God’s people worship their God, but he said, “Sacrifice to your God in the land (Egypt)” – Exo 8:25. Typical of the Roman Catholicism of today. Their leaders plead to (and sometimes even threaten) their parishioners whose eyes open to the gospel of the grace of God, “Don’t defect from our mother church. Don’t forsake our Mother (of God!). Don’t betray our Saints. Don’t abandon our idols. Don’t shun our holy relics. Don’t renounce confession (to priests). Don’t discontinue paying indulgence. Don’t neglect Communion (partaking of the Host). Don’t cease rolling your Rosary. Don’t stop doing penance. Don’t relinquish our traditions. Don’t dump our Bishops, Moderators, Fathers & Brothers. Don’t ditch our Papa (Pope)! Sacrifice to your god here! We will baptize you in water again by immersion (if that is your choice)! We will sing the songs of revival that those believers sing. We will pray in your language and in a very informal way as do the protestants and the Pentecostals! We will also speak in tongues and prophecy and allow you to do so as do the Charismatics. You need not repent of your sin or be born again. Only hold on to our church”.

And there are the more tolerant ones! The Lutherans, the Methodists, the Baptists, the Ecumenical, the Anglicans, the Brethren, the Evangelicals, the The Pentecostals, the Charismatics (and a long list of Christian denominations (oxymoron!)) – as was the Pharaoh who said the next time, “I will let you go, that ye may sacrifice to the LORD your God in the wilderness; only ye shall not go very far away:” – Exo 8:28. Hold on to our own denominational doctrines and keep doing what we have been doing always. Gather regularly (inside a building which is wrongly understood as Church) every Sunday at a fixed time, sing songs (mostly from a printed book and sometimes even from memory, the meaning of which none - not even the author – is bothered about) and repeat them as many times as possible until the singers go into a trance, dance around to fast and jumpy beats (and heavy metal music dominating the so-called worship session), shout together in so-called tongues (that nobody tries to discern or interpret), drop tithe and offerings (always expecting manifold returns), listen to a preacher (most of the time the same person who is the pastor of the building!) who tries to show off his knowledge of the Bible, swindle money from the gullible by suggesting many investment plans in his ministry (quick and long-term) most of the time to build a huge building to replace or expand the existing one or ultimately threaten his believers of dire consequences if they leave the congregation. Repentance from sin and dead works, submitting to the word of God, departing from the old sinful ways, loving God and fellowmen, devoting oneself to learning from the Scriptures with the help of the Holy Spirit (not books), communicating with Him through incessant prayer, leading a life of separation from the world, demonstrating the life of Christ to everyone around, pleasing God by believing in His word in every situation, engaging in spreading the good news and serving Him joyfully and growing in the hope of His return with eager anticipation – almost all of these are set aside as non-essentials.

On the night of the last plague, the Lord sent the angel of destruction into every Egyptian house who struck down all the firstborn – man and animal. Israel, God’s firstborn was inflicted with severe hardships by the Egyptians for four centuries and it was God’s turn to give them back.

The Lord had earlier instructed Moses to speak to His people about a “Passover” lamb that every household should slay and whose blood they should sprinkle on the doorposts and lintels for identification. Every believer in the Lord’s promise did likewise and was saved. Through faith he kept the Passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the firstborn should touch them. – Heb 11:28.

The Lord Himself was ordained the Lamb of God and was slain even before the foundation of the world for the sin of all mankind. All who believe in the Saviour’s substitutionary atoning death on the cross (which He had to suffer while here on the earth a little more than two millennia ago) will be saved from Satan the thief and from the destination determined for him – the lake of fire. That is why the Saviour also bears the name “the Passover Lamb”.

The Egyptians were more than willing to let go of the Hebrews. They could bear the plagues no longer and were hastily sending them away. The Hebrews not only were getting out of Egypt but were also being loaded with the riches of Egypt – precious ornaments et al on their way out.

The Pharaoh would not give up so fast! Nor would the Old Serpent!! Satan was proving himself a fool now and again. He put a funny idea in the mind of the Pharaoh. No sooner did the Israelites leave Egypt than the Pharaoh set out to follow them with his powerful army of chariots with the intention to bring them back into his country. Who would compensate for such cheap labor? But the Lord had prepared a way for His people right through the Red Sea – He parted it for them to cross. But, when the Pharaoh’s army followed suit, they drowned in the sea – horse, chariot, and men. Drowned too was the hope of God’s adversary.

The Israelites were delivered by the mighty hand of the Lord. His people were brought out of Egypt by the outstretched arm of the Lord. But, most didn’t see the Lord behind all of these but beheld only the external works that were seemingly performed by Moses. Only Moses saw the ways of the Lord, believed, and submitted completely to His Purpose and Plan.

The Lord showed him a vision of Heaven and what were in it. A complete replica of the heavenly reality was to be constructed as a shadow here on earth by Moses. God intended to dwell among His people and so instructed Moses to build a tabernacle – a memorial for the people to remind them of God’s continual presence in their midst. The Lord instituted sacrifices as a covering for the sin of His people (every one of which was a shadow of the ultimate self-sacrifice that the Son of God was to offer as a propitiation for the sin of the world) and thanksgiving offerings for God’s provision for His people. The Lord instituted the priesthood to show people how His son, as man, would mediate for mankind at the right hand of the Father, post His tenure on the earth.

Freemasons is a secret society that has Jewish roots and is strongly influenced by the old testament tabernacle and later, Solomon’s temple practices, offerings, and prayers. Some sources say that even the etymology of the very word “mason” leads to “mesham” and “Moses”. But the fraternity has perverted the Jewish religious practices so much that today, it is evident that they have been worshipping Satan in the name of GAOTU – the Grand Architect Of The Universe. The names Satan, Lucifer, and Baphomet are not revealed just to make sure that people of all religions are deceived completely by the social aspect of Freemasonry and the charitable (!) deeds that the masons undertake. Sadly, many people professing the Christian religion (they are not discerning believers) have fallen prey to Satan’s strategy of offering the world to anyone who bows to him and worships at his feet.

The Israelites brought idols to worship from Egypt.

To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them, and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt, saying unto Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him. And they made a calf in those days and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands. Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to Me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness? Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: – Acts 7:39-43; (Sikkuth/Moloch and Chiun – Amos 5:25).

The calf is worshipped as Nandhi in the Indian temples built for Easwaran. Tabernacle of Moloch was the temple replica of the Sumerian God Moloch (Malak in Sanskrit and Malayalam means the one who has heaven as his abode) which is the equivalent of Murugan, the Thamizh god. Remphan is Rapphan or Arappan, the same Murugan, the six-faced god of the Thamizhar. The six-cornered star is still considered sacred and divine by many ancient religions of the world. The people of Harappa of the Indus Valley civilization worshipped this Arappan or Arumugan. Harappa is one of the centers of this IVC. Mohenjo-Daro could also have meant the abode of Mohan, the god of carnal love, which is Kandhan (Kandhu is the Phallus, the male organ of fertility). The triangle in the six-faced star whose apex faces down is representative of the female and the other triangle, the male. Interestingly, Murungai (Moringa Indica) is a herb that is recommended for the treatment of infertility in men.

Subsequently, the Israelites conquered the Amorites, among others, and proceeded towards Moab. The devil had to act fast.

Seeing that he could not succeed with even the Pharaoh in his hand, Satan now tried another strategy. He would use two people who were at the helm of affairs. One would be a political head, the other, a religious one. The adversary had his seed ready in the king of Moab, Balak. And he would try to use a man named Balaam, a soothsayer and a pagan prophet, to destroy the line in which the Seed of the woman would emerge.
