And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear My voice; and there shall be one fold, and one Shepherd. – John 10:16. How think ye? if a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goes into the mountains, and seeks that which is gone astray? And if so be that he finds it, verily I say unto you, he rejoices more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray. Matt 18:12,13. The Lord is seeking for that hundredth sheep (cent percent). The Lord is not slack concerning His promise (of His coming and the judgment of the unbelieving and disobedient lot), as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. – 2 Pet 3:9.
