Video-gaming is the new drug that gives the players a new high every time they reach a new high-score, the scoreboard always challenging him / her to move up further levels with promises of new “lifes”.

Christian families – husband, wife, children and grand-parents – all have fallen victims of one or more such games. The time spent on these games is robbing them of their time with God, His word, His presence and His ministry.

Many games are expletive and subtly sexual with children choosing an avatar of themselves and living a false life in the web. They date, they marry, they beget children, they rape, they shoot, they kill, they drive rashly, and they show anti-social behaviour in the games they play. This eventually reflects in their real life, ultimately, ruining themselves.

The Scriptures have warned us about these kind of behaviour in the last days – The people sat down to eat and drink and rose up to play. – 1 Cor 10:7.
