Naturally transgenders (eunuchs by birth) are a third gender the Bible does mention in many places. These are a special creation of God; He even promises them an honourable place in the society. For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep My sabbaths, and choose the things that please Me, and take hold of My covenant; even unto them will I give in Mine house and within My walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off. – Isa 56:4, 5. Children of the evil-one set these special people alongside themselves purely to gain approval of the society-at-large of their own ungodly and abominable lifestyle.

(3b) Individuals transgendered by force were usually dedicated to idol worship. However, God will accept them as His children if they believe, repent, turn around and trust His way of salvation for all mankind.
(3c) Transgendered voluntarily – whether physically or otherwise and for the Lord’s sake – are dedicating themselves wholly to the Lord for the extension of His kingdom. God honours such “called ones’” commitment and enables them to live a godly life amidst the temptations they face – Apostle Paul is a noteworthy example to this third kind (not physically a transgender).
